Prevention of Cancer

Cancer is a group of diseases characterized by uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells. If the spread is not controlled, it can result in death.
Cancer researchers have suggested many possible causes of cancer which can most probably be considered as ‘cancer risk factors’.

The cancer risk factors can occur due to any kind of negative action regarding smoking, eating habits (Diet), Lifestyle, Living or working environment and genetics.

One can be on safe side if he would try to apply the precautions against the deficiency in the above mentioned factors. However; it’s been observed that much of the deaths which are being caused by cancer each year are directly related to dietary factors such as types of food, preparation methods, portion size, variety as well as overall caloric balance.
Therefore having a balance in every rate is a prominent step that can prevent one from cancer.

Researchers have collected this fact that a high-fat diet can lead one towards a severe cancer. Excess fat is a well-known reason for the production of free radicals which direct towards many types of cancer.
Besides this, the flow of bile acids into the intestine increases due to a high-fat diet, this can promote colon cancer.

Most probably dark green and leafy vegetables as well as bright yellow, orange and red fruits and vegetables play a major role in preventing a cancer. They are considered as the powerful anti cancer foods as they are useful for every cell in our body.

As for the natural methods of preserving foods, stomach cancer can be caused because of the pickled, cured and smoked products which may occur during the process.

Above all, whenever one goes for grocery, one must try his best to get the fresh and best food for himself.
